Lawry’s The Prime Rib voted Beverly Hills Restaurant of the Year

In a recent month-long online poll sponsored by the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, voters from Beverly Hills and other Southern California cities named Lawry’s The Prime Rib winner of the Best of Beverly Hills Golden Palm Awards’ “Restaurant of the Year 2019.” The award recognizes “best industry practices, community support and esteemed reputation.” We’re very proud that our Restaurant Row landmark garnered the most votes in the restaurant category that included Spago, The Palm and Via Alloro.

Lawry’s Restaurants President Tiffany Stith, Director of Marketing Rich Cope and Lawry’s The Prime Rib General Manager Aniel Chopra were among the more than 250 people gathered for a celebratory awards presentation event in the ballroom of the Montage, Beverly Hills on November 19. A highlight of the evening came when Chamber of Commerce CEO Todd Johnson spontaneously decided to say some very kind words about Lawry’s where he had served as General Manager himself many years ago. Todd reflected on the positive impact his Lawry’s experience and working with the Frank family owners had on his career.
