FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW, Lawry’s co-workers have joined together to support the AbilityFirst Stroll & Roll event through personal donations and fundraising efforts at the Tam O’ Shanter, the Carvery, L.A. Live and The Prime Rib, Beverly Hills.
On Saturday morning, April 12th, the Lawry’s team, along with friends and families, will be among hundreds who will stroll on foot and roll by wheelchair around the Universal Studios Backlot. They’ll visit movie sets for Jaws, New York and Western Town. And they’ll meet Homer Simpson, SpongeBob Squarepants and the Laker Girls!

The event is special for Lawry’s. In 1926, our founder Lawrence L. Frank started the Crippled Children’s Society of Southern California that would become known as AbilityFirst in 1999. We continue to work with the non-profit to help it realize its vision of a society that looks beyond disabilities to focus on the capabilities of each individual.
This year’s Stroll & Roll promises fun for all and a great way to benefit a fine organization.
